Ready-to-host questions and materials
Projected-room plan: form discussion tables, give every person A-D paper cards and appoint a rotating spokesperson. Display only the player view. These table subdivisions are manual facilitation, not additional native teams.
Use a 30-second silent think, a 30-second table discussion and a single agreed response; extend time when access needs require it. Ask two tables to explain a rejected choice after the reveal.
Online joining is optional. Free rooms allow three participant devices. Paid plans add capacity; consult the current pricing page rather than promising a tested maximum. Many people can watch a projection without each being a joined device.
